Simplfy then combine like terms so the anwser Simplified and Evaluated is -17x-19

First Step *Your Going To Simply First*
32 −17x − 28

=9+ −17x +−28

Second Step *Your going to start to combine the "like terms"*:
 
=9+−17x+−28

=(−17x)+(9+−28)
=−17x+−19
